Michael Heningburg, Jr.

Michael Heningburg, Jr. is the Business Manager and owner, along with his wife, Jeanine B. Downie, M.D., of image Dermatology® P.C., a dermatological medical practice, located at 51 Park Street in Montclair. Previously, he was the Senior Director in the Executive Division of the New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation, and prior to that was an Assistant Counsel in Governor's Counsel for New Jersey. He has a B.S. in Finance from Hampton University, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School. In addition to his foundation role, he is also a board member of the United Way of North Essex and trustee of his homeowners' association. He resides in West Orange with his wife, Jeanine, and their daughter.
