Corporate Leaders Honored at The
Foundation for Ethnic Understanding’s Washington, DC Benefit

The Foundation for Ethnic Understanding held its Washington, DC fall benefit on September 28, 2005 at the home of Peggy Cooper Cafritz. Rabbi Marc Schneier, President, and Russell Simmons, Chairman, presented the Joseph Papp Racial Harmony Awards to, Richard Heideman, Honorary President of B’nai B’rith International and Senior Counsel of Heideman Nudelman & Kalik, Hon. Phyllis Heideman, Council Member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Council and Riley Temple, Partner, Halprin Temple. Dr. Rohini Anand accepted the Corporate Diversity Award on behalf of Sodexho, Inc. This event is held annually to benefit our Washington, DC office which serves to strengthen ties and promote cooperation between the ethnic members of Congress and their congressional staffs.
